6 February 2012- Ambassador Victor G. Garcia III (4th from right) met with officials of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RASPP) and the Russian-Philippine Business Council (RPBC) last January 30.
The RASPP, a founding member of the RPBC, discussed with Ambassador Garcia possible programs that can be undertaken in 2012 in advancing cooperation between the Philippines and Russia in the economic sphere.
