1 September 2010 - Philippine Consul General to Manado Noel Servigon paid a courtesy call on the new Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia-North Sulawesi Provincial Office Chief Mr. Toman Hutagalung on August 19.
Consul General Servigon was accompanied by Vice Consul Ricarte Abejuella III and the Consulate's liaison clerk Noviana Lambey.
