DFA COMMEMORATES THE 41ST ANNIVERSARY FOUNDATION OF ASEAN |

08 August 2008 – A flag-raising ceremony, led by Undersecretary Rafael E. Seguis and the ASEAN Ambassadors in Manila, was held this morning at the Department of Foreign Affairs in celebration of the 41st Founding Anniversary of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) with the theme "The Philippines and ASEAN Community Building."
