Chief of Mission, Class I, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kenya with concurrent jurisdiction over the Republic of Burundi, Union of the Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Republic of Madagascar, Republic of Malawi, Republic of Mauritius, Republic of Rwanda, Republic of Seychelles, Somali Republic, United Republic of Tanzania and Republic of Uganda and as Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) and HABITAT
