PH Receives Additional Ventilators from China

PASAY CITY 13 August 2020 — Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr., National Task Force Spokesperson Major General Restituto Padilla, Jr., and Health Undersecretary Ma. Carolina Vidal-Taiño, received from Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian the Chinese Government’s additional donation of fifty (50) ventilators to support the Philippine Government’s fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also present at the turnover of donations were Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Concerns Atty. Brigido J. Dulay and Foreign Affairs Executive Director for Asian and Pacific Affairs Josel F. Ignacio. END
