PH senior diplomat speaks on strengthening ASEAN’s operational efficiency at high-level forum

MANILA 18 December 2020 – Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Policy Elizabeth P. Buensuceso participated in a High-Level Roundtable Forum titled “A Cohesive and Responsive ASEAN Community” on 17 December 2020 and emphasized that “ASEAN centrality is the backbone, the heart, indeed the soul of ASEAN which will enable it to withstand the challenges to its existence and relevance”.
