Temasek Foundation of Singapore turns over High Value Respiratory Equipment and Face Masks to DOH

MANILA 12 December 2020 — A ceremonial turnover was held between Temasek Foundation and the Department of Health at the DOH office in Manila on 11 December 2020 to receive 370 units of BIPAP Machines and 100,000 pcs of N95 face masks. The items were donated by Temasek Foundation of Singapore. To date this is the eighth batch of various medical equipment donated to DOH by Temasek Foundation and their biggest donation with an estimated value of USD 5.5 million since March of this year.
Filinvest Corporate City Foundation Inc. co-participated in the donation by shouldering the shipment cost of 11 containers of the BIPAP machines and masks from Singapore to Manila. It is estimated that Temasek Foundation has donated USD 12 Million worth of various hospital and medical equipment such as test kits, ventilators, PPE’s and High Flow Nasal Cannulas to help build the capacity of the Country’s public health system and aid in its fight against the COVID19 Pandemic.
