23 August 2013 – Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert F. del Rosario confers the Order of Sikatuna, Rank of Datu (Silver Distinction) on outgoing German Ambassador to the Philippines Dr. Joachim Heidorn, in recognition of the latter’s efforts in promoting excellent relations between the Philippines and Germany, at a ceremony at the Department of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Heidorn started his tenure in the Philippines in October 2011. END
