PHL Ambassador Celebrates Independence Day Filipinos in Santa Cruz, Bolivia

08 June 2017 BUENOS AIRES - Philippine Ambassador to Argentina Ma. Amelita C. Aquino met with the Filipino community during her visit on May 29 to 30 to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia´s biggest city. The luncheon meeting also served as a celebration of the 119^th year of Philippine Independence, during which the Ambassador encouraged the Filipinos to continue giving positive impressions of the Philippines in Bolivia.

Ambassador Aquino also presented to Mr. Raúl Kieffer the Certificate of Appreciation from the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Loyalty Pin for his 25 years of loyal service as Philippine Honorary Consul General in Santa Cruz.
