PH Embassy in Manama Promotes Filipino Cuisine

 In line with the celebration of the 121st Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence, the Philippine Embassy in Manama, in cooperation with Mama Sita’s, a popular Filipino company that globally distributes a line of Filipino sauces and spice mixes, promote Filipino culture through a live cooking demonstration hosted by Madame Caroline Belinda C. Ver at the Ambassador’s residence on 16 June 2019.

The cooking demonstration was led by Filipino chef Andro Faderanga, a Culinary Specialist from Mama Sita’s. Mr. Faderanga featured the famous Filipino Pansit Canton (Stir Fried Noodles), Chicken Barbecue and Fish Sinigang (Fish with Tamarind Broth) using Mama Sita’s products. (Manama PE photo)
