PHL Embassy in Beijing Conducts Wreath-laying and Film Screening to Commemorate Rizal's Life and Works

08 January 2018 BEIJING — The Philippine Embassy in Beijing commemorated the 121st death anniversary of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal with a wreath laying ceremony and the film screening of the documentary, "Jose Rizal: Sa Landas ng Paglaya," a film commissioned by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, on 29 December 2017. The documentary presented the different views and reflections on the life and works of Dr. Jose Rizal. Photo shows Chargé d' Affaires, a.i.
