PH Consul General Receives New Vietnamese Consul General to Houston

HOUSTON 27 October 2020 — Philippine Consul General to Houston Jerril Santos received Vietnamese Consul General to Houston Nguyen Trac Ba on 16 October 2020 at the Philippine Consulate General office. 

During the call, apart from their cordial exchanges on various issues of mutual concerns, the two consuls general recalled the time when they first met in Vietnam when Consul General Jerril Santos was then the Philippine Ambassador to Vietnam and Consul General Nguyen Trac Ba was the Director General of the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Consul General Nguyen Trac Ba also visited the consular area of the Philippine Consulate General where Consul General Santos explained the measures being implemented to safely manage the onsite processing of consular services amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. END
