RABAT 16 June 2021 – Philippine Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco Leslie J. Baja paid a courtesy call on and presented copies of his credentials to Moroccan Foreign Affairs Minister for African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates H.E. Nasser Bourita on 14 June 2021.

During the call, the two officials underscored the strong and friendly relations between the Philippines and Morocco, as well as the need to substantiate the same through the conduct of political and economic consultations, consular cooperation, and partnership in the areas of migration, climate change, and peacekeeping.

The Philippines and Morocco reaffirmed their commitment to revitalize, strengthen, and deepen their partnership through the help of their respective Embassies in Manila and Rabat. END
