BEIRUT 09 June 2021 — Philippine Ambassador to Lebanon Raymond R. Balatbat presented his Letters of Credence to Lebanese President Michel Aoun on 09 June 2021 at the Presidential Palace, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Lebanese Republic.

He was accompanied during the ceremony by Second Secretary and Consul Ajeet-Victor S. Panemanglor, Third Secretary and Vice-Consul Miko Cabatingan, and Attaché Marisar Ivy Cabatingan.  Ambassador Balatbat had the opportunity to discuss a number of bilateral issues during his meeting with President Aoun.
