23 August 2013 - Philippine Consul General in Guam Bayani V. Mangibin met on August 06 with leaders of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) church in Guam.

The leaders who visited the Consulate included Mr. Francisco "Frank" Santos, who is also the Chairman of the Board of the A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority; Mr. Reynaldo A. Valdez, Sr.; and Mr. Roman Madlangbayan, Jr..  Also with them was visiting minister from Manila, Mr. Ramil S. Regino.
