05 September 2013 – Consul Marlowe A. Miranda led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles that conducted a two-day consular outreach program in National City, California, from August 03 to 04.

The consular outreach prgram was undertaken in cooperation with the Council of the Philippine Organizations of San Diego County, Inc. (COPAO).

The Consulate was able to process 307 electronic passport (ePassport) applications, including applications for lost passport during the two-day outreach program.

A total of 427 consular services were rendered during the consular outreach program, breakdown of which are as follows:

The consular outreach program (COP) is a regular activity of the Consulate to bring its various services closer to its constituents residing in areas within its jurisdiction.  The National City consular outreach is the third for 2013.  END
