30 October 2013 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that due to the fire incident that happened last night in Robinsons Galleria, consular services in DFA NCR-Central are temporarily suspended today, 30 October 2013.
The DFA, in cooperation with the management of Robinsons Galleria, is now taking appropriate measures so that DFA NCR-Central resumes operations in the soonest possible time.
In the meantime, all passport applicants who have scheduled appointments at DFA NCR-Central have the option to proceed and apply for passports either at:
1) DFA NCR-East (located at 7/F SM Megamall Building C, Edsa cor. J. Vargas Avenue, Mandaluyong City); or
2) DFA Aseana (Bradco corner Macapagal Boulevard, Paranaque City)
Applicants need only to show proof of appointment scheduled today to be accommodated at the consular offices above.
Release of passport in DFA NCR-Central is temporarily suspended until further notice.
