07 November 2013 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that due to Super Typhoon “Yolanda,” consular services at DFA Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) in Tacloban, Legazpi, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Lipa and Lucena will be temporarily suspended on November 08 and 09 (Friday and Saturday).
Release of passports is temporarily suspended as well. Normal operations at the affected RCOs will resume on November 11 (Monday).
