19 November 2013 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the public that all of its consular offices in Metro Manila (DFA Macapagal, SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria, SM Manila, and Metro Alabang Town Center) will be closed for consular transactions on December 02, 2013, Monday, to join DFA’s main office in the annual observance of the special non-working holiday in Pasay City.


On-call skeletal forces will be assigned at the Passport Division (including Courtesy Lane and Diplomatic and Official Passports Section or DOPS) and the Authentication Division to answer queries related to passport concerns and authentication of civil documents.
