Saturday Appointment Schedule
12 October 2017 BACOLOD - The DFA Regional Consular Office Bacolod wishes to inform the public that it has commenced its online appointment system for Saturdays last October 07. This allows full implementation of the appointment system from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Consistent with the extension of courtesy lanes to priority applicants, online appointment is waived for the following:
- MINORS AGED 7 YEARS OLD AND BELOW
- PREGNANT WOMEN
- SENIOR CITIZENS AGED 60 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
- PHYSICALLY-CHALLENGED APPLICANTS
- APPLICANTS WHOSE VALID PASSPORTS HAVE BEEN DECLARED LOST
- OFWS WHO ARE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID WORKING VISA, POEA INFORMATION SHEET, OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE AND ORIGINAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT VALIDATED BY POEA
- APPLICANTS OF ACCREDITED AGENCIES
- SOLO PARENT WITH VALID SOLO PARENT ID
Foregoing applicants will be entertained on walk-in basis. Other applicants who may be entertained as walk-in applicants on limited basis are those who have emergency or compulsory situations such as medical emergencies, provided there is valid proof.
