Public Advisory On Use Of Courtesy Lanes And Cut-Off Time In DFA Aseana For Government Employees

19 October 2018 – In anticipation of the large number of applicants in the coming holiday season, and to give access to others who are similarly entitled to use the Courtesy Lanes, government employees availing of the Courtesy Lanes in the Office of Consular Affairs at DFA Aseana may be allowed, beginning Monday, 29 October 2018, to bring with them only the following to apply for or renew their passports:

  1. for married government employees: their minor dependents and legal spouses;
  2. for unmarried government employees: their parents and minor dependents.

Adult children and parents of married government employees will need to book an appointment online to apply for or renew their passports.

The 12:00 noon transaction cut-off time for government employees and their dependents remains in effect until further notice.
