Bulletin: On the Death of OFW in Kuwait

28 November 2018 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) expresses its condolences to the family of a Filipino worker who died after reportedly jumping from her employer’s residence in Kuwait on Tuesday.

The Philippine Embassy is coordinating closely with Kuwaiti authorities who are investigating the death of the household service worker from Isabela.

According to Chargé d’Affaires Noordin Lomondot, the worker reportedly jumped from the third floor of her employer’s residence in Sabahiya.

The DFA assures the next of kin in the Philippines of its assistance in repatriation of the remains of the victim. END
