PUBLIC ADVISORY: Half-day Suspension of Operations at DFA Aseana and Consular Offices in NCR on 06 December 2019

04 December 2019 — The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that its office at ASEANA Business Park and all DFA Consular Offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be closed starting 12 noon on Friday, 06 December 2019 due to training of its officers and staff. Regular operations and services will resume on Monday, 09 December 2019.

Applicants with confirmed appointments on 06 December 2019 are requested to come before 11:30 a.m. Meanwhile, those who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of afternoon operations will be accommodated on any working day until 06 January 2020 during regular office hours.
