Public Advisory: Suspension of Operations at DFA - Consular Office in Lipa, Batangas on 14 January 2020

13 January 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that operations in its Consular Offices (CO) in Lipa, Batangas is suspended on Tuesday, 14 January 2020, due to the ashfall and volcanic activities of Taal Volcano, in line with directives from the Office of the President.

Applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated until Friday, 14 February 2020, during regular office hours.

DFA Consular Offices in the NCR and Region 3 will resume their operations on 14 January 2020. END
