Bulletin: Update on Filipina COVID-19 Patient in HK

19 February 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong, confirms the report of a Filipina who tested positive for COVID-19.

The Consulate General is in constant communication with the Filipina who is currently hospitalized and undergoing further tests and observation. While she is in isolation, the Filipina is said to be asymptomatic and will be discharged if further tests come out negative.

The Consulate General continues to monitor the Filipina's condition and will render all necessary assistance as needed. END
