Public Advisory: On Availing Consular Services at CO Clarin during GCQ period

01 May 2020 — The Department of Foreign Affairs informs passport applicants and other persons seeking consular services in its Consular Office in Clarin that as required by the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, they must secure passes issued by the Provincial Government as it is under a modified General Community Quarantine (GCQ).

Passport applicants residing in Misamis Occidental with confirmed appointments from 16 February 2020 onwards must present a Provincial Personal Business Trade Pass issued by the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through its respective local government units. 

Meanwhile, passport applicants residing outside the province with confirmed appointments from 16 February 2020 onwards must undergo a mandatory body temperature check and subject themselves to inquiry regarding their travel history at the provincial borders in Sapang Dalaga and Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental. The following documents must also be presented for the issuance of a Provincial Border Pass:

1. Department of Health (DOH) Certification clearing the bearer from being a PUM/PUI in their locality;

2. Printed Passport Application Packet;

3. Valid Government Issued ID
