Public Advisory: CO Tuguegarao Suspends Operation, Will Attend Only to Emergency/Urgent Cases During MECQ in Tuguegarao City From 13 to 19 April 2021

Pasay City, 15 April 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that pursuant to Tuguegarao City Executive Order No. 56 dated 13 April 2021, “An Order Placing Tuguegarao City under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) for Seven (7) Days and Setting Guidelines Thereof”, the Consular Office in Tuguegarao City (CO Tuguegarao) will be closed for the duration of the MECQ from 13 to 19 April 2021. 

CO Tuguegarao will resume its regular operations on Tuesday, 20 April 2021. 

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:

-  Date of birth 

-  Original appointment date and time 

-  Preferred date and time of new appointment 

The new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 27 April 2021 to 26 May 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (9:00AM to 4:00PM).
