Public Advisory: On the Extension of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine in Tuguegarao City until 30 June 2021

PASAY CITY, 23 June 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that the Consular Office in Tuguegarao (CO Tuguegarao) will remain open for the duration of the extension of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) until 30 June 2021, pursuant to Executive Order No. 74 dated 15 June 2021.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the implementation of MECQ throughout the province of Cagayan must secure another appointment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots.
