The Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) wishes to inform the public that the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Koror, Palau will start its operations on 15 July 2013.

In this regard, all documents originating from, or issued in Palau must be authenticated first by the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Koror, Palau before it can be authenticated by OCA-Authentication Division.
