DFA Consular Office in Tacloban Temporarily Suspends Operations

TACLOBAN 03 November 2025 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular  Office  in  Tacloban  City  (CO  Tacloban) is closed on 3-4 November 2025 due to the onset of Tropical Storm “Tino" per the City of Tacloban’s Executive Order No. 2025-10-65 dated 02 November 2025 

CO Tacloban will resume its regular operations on Wednesday, 05 November 2025.

Affected  applicants  with  confirmed  appointments  who  are  unable  to  avail  of  consular services  due  to  the  suspension  of  operations  will  be  accommodated  from 05 November 2025 until 03 December 2025  (Monday  to  Friday  except  holidays)  during  CO’s  regular operation hours (09:00AM to 4:00PM).
