18 February 2015 –  The Department of Foreign Affairs would like to advise the public that there will be no consular (e.g., passport and authentication) services on February 19 (Thursday) in compliance with Proclamation  No. 831, s. 2014, that declared the Spring Festival/Chinese New Year as a special non-working holiday. In compliance with the proclamation, all DFA Satellite Offices (SOs) and Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) shall be closed on that date.

Regular passport and other consular services shall resume on 20 February 2015 (Friday).
