PH Consulate General in Jeddah Holds Film Showing for Female Wards

JEDDAH 11 March 2020 – In commemoration of Women’s Month in March, the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah organized a film showing for the female wards of the Consulate’s Bahay Kalinga on 02 March 2020 at the Consulate grounds.

Philippine Consul General to Jeddah Edgar Badajos, in his short message during the activity, said that Women’s Month is a reminder of the advances made in the promotion of the rights of women that paved the way for greater gender equality and equity. He encouraged the female wards to continue to have faith that all their troubles will be solved eventually, as women are known to be fighters and survivors. END
