PH Embassy in Riyadh Conducts Free Basic Medical, Make-over Services in Celebration of Women’s Month

RIYADH 13 March 2020 — The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh initiated the “Serbisyo Para kay Juana” project in celebration of International Women’s Day on 08 March 2020 and as part of the Embassy’s celebration of National Women’s Month.

The project aimed to honor all female clients of the Embassy by giving them free services, including make-over, massage, haircut, eyebrow grooming, manicure, and pedicure, while waiting to complete their transactions.

Free chocolates and goodies were also given to female clients, along with briefers for RA 9262 otherwise known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act of 2004.

All Embassy clients and staff availd of the photo booth where they had their 2020 National Women’s Month souvenir photos taken free of charge.

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh commits to continue promoting the rights, welfare, and interests of Filipino women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. END
