PHOTO: As part of its commitment and support against VAW, the Embassy launched its online campaign by posting on its official Facebook account informative materials for all Filipinos living in Italy entitled “Pananakit ng Lalake sa Babae: Ano ang maaring gawin?” The information which was translated in the Filipino language, aims to promote awareness on the forms of violence women and children experience and to provide information on laws protecting women and children among others. PHOTO: Hanging of Filipino Inspired Doll along the Wall of the Dolls in MilanThe Philippine Consulate General in Milan pays tribute to all victims of violence against women and children and strongly condemns the crimes perpetuated against them. Personnel of the Consulate hung a Filipino inspired doll to participate with the various members of the society in its unending call to raise awareness and remember the victims of violence, whether physical or psychological.
