Public Advisory on the Online Appointment Applications 25 August 2017

25 August 2017 - Due to the high volume of online appointment applications, the DFA's online appointment system is currently experiencing temporary lag time. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to accommodate as many appointment applications as possible. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.  

NOTICE

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
