Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations at the Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana and Consular Offices in Luzon

 17 March 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the public that, in accordance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana Parañaque City and all Consular Offices in Luzon will temporarily suspend their operations today, 17 March 2020 until further notice.

Passport applicants with confirmed appointments do not need to re-schedule as they will be accommodated once operations resume.

Likewise, those seeking Authentication and Civil Registration services are also advised to avail of these services after the same period.

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
