Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of DFA Consular Office in Bacolod (Robinsons Place Bacolod) 

14 September 2021 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) Bacolod, located at Robinsons Place Bacolod, is suspended on Wednesday, 15 September 2021, for a thorough disinfection of its premises because one of its personnel tested positive for COVID-19. 

Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment.

The Department requests the public's continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of personnel and applicants. Likewise, the Department urges applicants to refer ONLY to the official DFA platforms for announcements and updates. END
