PUBLIC ADVISORY: Temporary Suspension of Operations of CO Lipa and TOPS Lipa on 20 January 2023 in celebration of the Coffee Festival in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas

17 January 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas (CO Lipa) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service Site in Lipa (TOPS Lipa) will be closed on Friday, 20 January 2023.

This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 113 dated 13 December 2022, declaring 20 January 2023 as a Special (Non-Working) Holiday in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, in celebration of the Coffee Festival.

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
