Temporary Suspension of Operations of CO Angeles and TOPS Angeles

ANGELES 24 JULY 2023 - The Office of Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS) in Angeles City will suspend operations on Monday, 24 July 2023 pursuant to Executive Order No. 19-2023 issued by the Provincial Government of Pampanga. 

Passport applicants whose appointments are affected by the work suspension will be accommodated starting Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at their original site and time of appointment.
