MANILA 23 October 2023 – To All Passport and Apostille Applicants:

CO NCR Northeast will be closed on Friday, 27 October 2023 from 1:00PM onwards for a Gender and Development Activity. Courtesy Lane and walk-in applicants will be accommodated from 09:30AM to 12:00NN.

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
