Suspension of Operations on 02 December 2024 at Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in Double Dragon Plaza

PARAÑAQUE CITY 02 December 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that consular operations in Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) DoubleDragon Plaza is suspended on Monday, 02 December 2024, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11140, s. 2018 declaring 02 December of every year a special non-working holiday in the City of Pasay to be known as the “Foundation Day of Pasay City”.

Affected applicants for consular services with confirmed appointments on Monday, 02 December 2024, in Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) DoubleDragon Plaza will be rescheduled as follows:
