18 July 2013 – The Department of Foreign Affairs’ Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) wishes to inform the public that the office of the Philippine Honorary Consul in Koror, Palau started its operations on July 15.

In this connection, the public is advised that all documents originating from, or issued in Palau must be authenticated first by the office of the Philippine Honorary Consul in Koror before it can be authenticated by OCA-Authentication Division. END

 

NOTICE

All applications should be made in person by the applicant except under certain circumstances (e.g. documents filed by his/her immediate kin.

Applications not paid within 24 hours shall be disposed of.
