RCO Bacolod assistance for typhoon yolanda victims

20 November 2013 - The Department of Foreign Affairs’ Regional Consular Office in Bacolod (RCO Bacolod) led by its Officer-in-Charge, Joselito B. Blas, distributed relief goods to the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental last Sunday, November 17.

RCO Bacolod, in coordination with the Digital Photography and Imaging Society (DPIS) and Our Losers Club, distributed canned goods, rice, used clothes, toiletries, medicines, water and etc. to more than 200 families in Cadiz City.

The families who availed of the relief assistance thanked the group for their generosity and heart-warming response to their appeal for help.

Cadiz City was one of the worst-hit areas in Negros Occidental during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Yolanda. END
