11 April 2016 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Regional Consular Office (RCO) Baguio held a film showing on “Human Trafficking” and a lecture/seminar on “Health Consciousness” on April 12 in celebration of the National Women’s Month.

After the film showing, a debate between the male and female RCO Baguio personnel took place. The topic was on Legalization of Prostitution based on the documentary film set in Amsterdam where prostitution was legalized.

Dr. Tom-Louie J. Acosta, of Baguio General Hospital and the company physician of Camp John Hay Baguio, then conducted the lecture on Detection/Prevention of Breast and Ovarian Cancer followed by an active open forum. END
