Secretary Leonor Briones Commends Filipino Educators-UAE

17 March 2017 DUBAI, UAE Department of Education Secretary Leonor Briones (center) and Consul General Paul Raymund P. Cortes (seated, rightmost) with the officers and members of the Filipino Educators – UAE during the oath taking ceremony, on March 17, at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai. The Filipino Educators-UAE is composed of professors and educators from various universities across the Dubai and the Northern Emirates. It aims to promote policies and programs in the areas of research and development, training, and community service and supports the initiatives of the Philippine Consulate General on matters pertaining to education. Department of Education Secretary Leonor Briones commended the officers and members of the Filipino Educators-UAE and encouraged the group to spread its vision and mission to the whole Filipino Community in the UAE.
