The Philippines condemns in the strongest terms the suicide attacks in Kabul, Afghanistan.
The attacks, which took the lives of at least 80 people and wounded over 260, are reprehensible and cowardly acts that have no place in civilized society.
As of this writing, there is no report of any Filipino casualty in the incident.
The Philippine Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan which has jurisdiction over Afghanistan continues to monitor the situation and is ready to provide assistance to Filipino nationals who may be affected by the incident.
