The Department of Foreign Affairs regrets to inform the public that OFW Azucena Billones died of cancer on December 9, Friday in Lebanon.

DFA requests the public’s assistancein locating OFW Billones’ next-of-kin (NOK).  OFW Billones mentioned that she has NOK in Iloilo City and Quezon City, namely daughter Myrna Obias, whose last known residence is in Barrio Bulo, Carles, Iloilo, and sister Trinidad Billones whose last known residence is in Brgy. Commonwealth, Fairview, Quezon City.
