The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland wishes to advise Filipinos traveling to Krakow for World Youth Day (WYD) 2016 to ensure that they have sufficient travel/health insurance for their trip to Poland in case of emergencies that require medical attention. Filipinos are also advised to keep their passports safe, and to take only a copy of their passport data page and Schengen visa when going around Krakow to attend WYD 2016 activities.

In the event that a Filipino loses his or her passport in Krakow during WYD 2016, the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw will issue the concerned Filipino national with an emergency travel document that would enable him or her to return to the Philippines. The Embassy’s contact details are as follows:
