PH Hosts First PHL-Pacific Small Island Developing States (PSIDS) Dialogue

25 September 2017 NEW YORK — DFA Undersecretary for Policy Enrique A. Manalo and Philippine Ambassador to New Zealand Jesus S. Domingo co-chair the first Philippines - Pacific Small Islands Developing States (PSIDS) Dialogue on September 25.
