08 June 2016 – The DFA Regional Consular Office Lucena, in partnership with the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC), joined the Brigada Eskwela 2016 and donated 55 sets of the Learner’s Kit to Lucena West I Elementary School.

Brigada Eskwela is an annual program being held by the Department of Education every two weeks before the official start of classes. It brings together nationwide voluntary efforts such as maintenance and refurbishment of school buildings and provision of school children by government agencies and NGOs. END
